Tiem Banh Hanh Phuc - Happy Cake - was created on the belief that happiness does not come from perfection, but from embracing the beauty of imperfect moments. Conceived as an open bakehouse, it invites guests to craft their own cakes, turning baking into a joyful and personal experience rather than a polished performance.
To translate that spirit into branding, we built a mascot-driven world centered around “The Dough Boy” — a character born from raw dough that embodies the playful soul of the brand. Combined with mischievous typography, playful illustrations, and intentionally imperfect compositions, the identity was designed not as a rigid system, but as a living story that leaves behind small pieces of happiness across every touchpoint.
