This one-of-a-kind coffee shop is in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, on a street with sidewalks that is alive with the history of the city. The name "Polo Brew & Bakes" comes from Marco Polo, a brave Venetian explorer whose stories about the Far East fascinated people all over the world. It will feel like you've been taken away to the beautiful city of Venice as soon as you walk into Polo Brew & Bakes.
The interior is a mix of Eastern and Western styles, which is intended to capture the spirit of Marco Polo's famous journeys along the Silk Road. Polo Brew & Bakes is based on the beautiful design of Venice, which is known for its arches and other delicate details. The area feels both familiar and takes you back to a time when trade routes for coffee connected faraway countries. It's decorated with small references to Marco Polo's trips.
